Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in any Farmstead Fitness training plan or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Services & Scope: Farmstead Fitness provides online and in-person personal training and fitness education services. Training plans are individualized but results are not guaranteed, as progress depends on client effort, consistency, and adherence to recommendations. Health Disclaimer: Farmstead Fitness is not a medical provider. Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program. Participation in physical activity carries inherent risk, and clients assume full responsibility for their participation. Payments & Renewals: All payments are due in full prior to the start of services. Training plans may be offered in 1-week, 1-month, or multi-month formats and may be renewed at the same rate unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change for future purchases. No Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of training services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a training plan has begun. Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate information, follow instructions safely, and communicate openly regarding limitations, injuries, or concerns. Failure to do so may result in termination of services. Communication: Clients consent to receive service-related communication via email, messaging platforms, or training software for the purpose of delivering training services. Intellectual Property: All training materials, programs, and content provided are the property of Farmstead Fitness and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed. Termination of Services: Farmstead Fitness reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time for inappropriate conduct, non-compliance, or safety concerns. Governing Law: These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
