Welcome to Farmstead Fitness
Hello and welcome to Farmstead Fitness. My name is Owen Farmer, and I am the creator and owner of Farmstead Fitness. In this post, I will be explaining to you the purpose of Farmstead Fitness and its website, as well as explaining the layout of the website to help you better understand the site and Farmstead Fitness

Purpose
I created Farmstead Fitness intending to make working out more comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable for people who want to learn how to work out. I know many people struggle to find time to work out, have low motivation to do so, may find it too expensive, or have trouble finding the courage to start, so I want Farmstead Fitness to be a way to solve these problems. Additionally, a lot of people don't know the truth about working out. Many think that working out is just a way to look good and get strong, which many people don't see as important. In reality, exercise is so much more than that. There are numerous benefits to exercise, such as:
"reduced risk of all-cause mortality, risk of cardiovascular disease mortality, incident hypertension, incident site-specific cancers, incident type-2 diabetes, and falls and improved mental health, cognitive health, sleep and measures of body fat," Said the World Health Organization.
Through Farmstead Fitness, I aim to give timely, engaging, affordable, and unique personal training to help people gain the knowledge they need to be healthy and achieve any other goals they may have through fitness. Working out shouldn't be a chore; it should be enjoyable and effective, and that is where I want to help.
The website is my starting point for Farmstead Fitness. This site aims to provide easy access to all the services I offer, information about me, and a convenient way to contact me with any questions you may have. Because Farmstead Fitness will be focusing on online personal training for the time being, it is super important that I have a way to get into easy contact with and sell my services.

Layout
The layout for the website is simple. I first have the home page, which also contains the about page and contact page in it as well. Next, I have the services page, then the news page, which is where you found this post. Lastly, we have the members pages, which you can find after you make an account on the Farmstead Fitness website. The members pages include your subscriptions, bookings, orders, account settings, and notifications.
Home Page
The home page is the main page you arrive at when entering the website. On this page, you can find easy access to the services, about, and contact pages. Additionally, on the side is an easy way to get to all of Farmstead Fitness' social media pages.
The about section on the home page gives a little bit more information about me and how I became a personal trainer, and where I am now on my personal training and fitness journey. It also explains the purposes of Farmstead Fitness, which I have stated before.
Also included on the home page are client success stories, where I have compiled some kind words that previous clients have given me to put on the website. I am very appreciative of all of them, and I know that they all will continue to grow.
Next on the home page is the contacts section, which gives anyone who has a question or feedback a place to get into contact with me. Using this, clients have an easy way to reach me directly, so I can give thoughtful answers and information they may have needed or change things that may be confusing.
Services Page
The services page is where all of the services that I provide are shown. On this page are the "Intro Training" sessions and "Extended Training" sessions.
The Intro Training gives the client a 1-week-long fitness program with one online meeting. These meetings mark the day before the workout week starts and aim to assess what the clients want for their program and where they're starting. These sessions include in-home, starter, and elite training, which can all be renewed for more weeks if desired. These week-long services were created to not only let people see how Farmstead Fitness works, but also a device to recieve advice and guidence for their future.
The Extended Training sessions include the 1-month-long "New Member Trial," which is a one-time trial for those who want a preview of how Farmstead Fitness works. This trial includes 1 meeting per week and a 1-month-long workout plan. There are also beginner and elite 90-day-plans which give the client 3-month-long workout plans tailored to their level of fitness and 1 meeting per week for beginners and 2 meetings a week for elite lifters. These sessions are created for personalized one-on-one care from me so that I can personally see that my clients have their goals fulfilled.
News Page
The News page shares updates, insights, and information we believe our community should know. Posts may include announcements about Farmstead Fitness services and website updates, as well as relevant fitness- and health-related topics.
Our goal is to post at least once a week to keep readers informed about both Farmstead Fitness and the current fitness climate.
Members Pages
The members pages, such as your orders, subscriptions, bookings, account settings, and notifications, will be available for anyone who signs in to the Farmstead Fitness website. This not only makes it easier to see what sessions/meetings might be coming up, but it also gives you more access to what the Farmstead Fitness website offers you, which may make future sessions less complicated.

Farmstead Fitness was created to make fitness more accessible for anyone who needs it. Through physical activity, there are countless health benefits that many people are still unaware of. My goal with Farmstead Fitness is to share that knowledge while providing effective and affordable training for every client.
Using a dedicated website allows Farmstead Fitness to be easier to manage and more efficient for both clients and me. This post was created to explain the purpose of Farmstead Fitness and to provide a simple overview of the website layout for future use.
Thank you for taking the time to read this post. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Thank you again,
Owen Farmer (Owner of Farmstead Fitness)
